Mr. Seepersad, is an experienced Businessman and Chartered Certified Accountant who has held senior positions with multinational corporations in the Commercial, Industrial, and Financial Sectors both, regionally and internationally. Mr. Seepersad has provided strategic direction and advice to major manufacturing, construction, technology, media, and financial services groups. In addition to his responsibilities as President & CEO of the Primis International Group and Chairman of Stream Mobile Limited & Stream International, Mr. Seepersad has led several companies through his Chairmanship of their Board of Directors. Mr. Seepersad holds several shareholdings and investments directorships regionally and internationally and is involved in a wide spectrum of business activities from property development, construction, procurement, logistics and shipping, technology as well as significant investments in the media and entertainment sectors in the Caribbean, Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia.

Mark is a highly skilled engineer with more than 20 years of experience providing project management & technical support services on major engineering and construction projects throughout the islands of the Caribbean. His experience includes successful development & implementation of project management plans; review of construction methods & practices; the implementation & management of integrated cost and schedule control systems; administration of claims & change orders; monitoring adherence to safety regulations; and control of quality standard & performance.

Vinodatt has 25 years’ experience in private practice. Vinodatt is conversant with various Laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago and has an in-depth knowledge of various accounting systems found in public, private and state-owned companies. He has been involved in the audits of companies with diverse activities as banking, retailing & manufacturing, education, research & development, shipping & marine, oil & gas, construction, insurance and funding agencies. Vinodatt has held senior managerial positions as Finance Director in two of the largest conglomerates in the Caribbean – Neal and Massy Holdings and ANSA McAl.

Christian brings over 15 years of experience in the Private and Public sector. He has provided business planning and consulting services for project financing both locally and internationally. He has developed and presented plans proving to be fruitful, which has contributed to the completion of several projects on budget with crucial timing. He has served as a senior executive and as the director of several nationally and locally listed companies as well as state boards.
