Primis Corporation is a property development company that specializes in designing, financing, construction, and management of public and private real estate projects in the Caribbean and Latin America. Besides providing full “turnkey” development of projects, the company also provides designing & planning for projects, to be built in conjunction with 3rd party developers.

The Primis team comprises highly qualified professionals, including project managers, architects, engineers, management & financial consultants, with decades of experience in developing real estate projects in the Caribbean and Latin America. They also have experience working with reputed hotel operators (Four Seasons, Starwood, Accor Hotels, Karisma, Margaritaville and other major brands) as well as government agencies in many different countries.
